Boat Charter Bad Weather and Refund Policy

Refund policy:

All boat charters are subject to weather conditions. If the weather turns bad during the charter it is solely up to the captain to decide if the charter needs to terminate due to safety concerns. In the event that a charter is cancelled due to weather concerns no refunds will be made. It is your responsibility to check the weather prior to booking or going on the charter. Changes can be made up to 24hrs prior to the charter and cancellations can be made up to 48hrs prior to the charter. FUELZ Charter will attempt to contact you if there is an indication of foul weather prior to the charter.
